  • 20 Total Workouts. A balanced mix of upper body, lower body, and full-body strength sessions.

The only workout app I’ll ever need!

Sean is a blessing! I’ve followed many trainers in my many years, but Sean is where my buck stops. It doesn’t matter if it’s a 12,23 or 45 minute workout, they are all SO eective. Definately A Must Have!

This app has been amazing and so has Sean! The app is so easy to follow and has a variety of workouts from beginner series up to advanced! He has included some healthy and tasty recipes filled with protein that I know my body needs and it also has helped me out because I was getting bored with my other usual go to’s!!
