This is an additional service that complements 1:1 coaching or monthly online programming. Stream guided workouts directly from the app to train at your convenience. Includes: Workout Types – Strength, HIIT, mobility, and combination sessions. Duration – 12–40 minutes per session for all fitness levels. Equipment – Minimal equipment needed (mat, dumbbells optional). Progress & Accountability – Track completed sessions, performance, and milestones in-app. Scheduling & Reminders – Set reminders and structure your weekly workouts. Direct Messaging – Ask questions and receive guidance from the coach within the app. Nutrition & Meal Planning – Optional nutrition tips and suggested meal plans integrated into your training.
